Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring that both parties understand their rights and responsibilities from the outset
To secure your booking, a non-refundable reservation fee of 50% of the total service cost is required. This fee reserves your chosen date and time and will be credited towards the final bill. The reservation fee is due at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we've established the following policy:
More than 30 days before the event: You are eligible for a full refund of any payments made beyond the reservation fee.
14 to 30 days before the event: You'll receive a 50% refund of any additional payments beyond the reservation fee.
Less than 14 days before the event: No refunds will be provided due to the proximity to the event date.
We understand that plans can change:
More than 14 days before the event: You may reschedule your session once without a fee, subject to our availability.
Within 14 days of the event: Rescheduling is subject to a fee of 20% of the total service cost, depending on our availability.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund, including the reservation fee. We will also offer to reschedule at no additional cost, subject to our availability.
Neither party is responsible for failure to fulfill obligations if such failure is due to natural disasters, war, government actions, or other severe disruptions not within reasonable control. We will work together to find a suitable rescheduling option without additional fees.
By securing your booking with the reservation fee, you agree to this cancellation policy. This ensures a mutual understanding and helps us provide you with the best possible service.
